David Sheng
Co-Founder & Creative Director
Currently a senior student at Sentinel Secondary School, David was the catalyst and instrumental to the founding of Others & You. Alongside Sarah, David helped co-found Others & You with the goal of growing it to be able to help more individuals around the world. Given his interest in technology, David led both digital communications and design, ensuring that customers have a smooth UIUX experience.
Lisha Wu
Global Events and Education Initiatives Organizer
Lisha Wu, a driven UCL student, is dedicated to advancing education equity through impactful initiatives. With rich experience in curriculum development, teaching, and online education, she has worked to create accessible learning opportunities for underserved communities. As the global event organizer and volunteer teacher with Others and You, Lisha has organized book drives and provided essential educational resources, ensuring that students have the tools they need to succeed.
Victor Zhao
Event Coordinator
A rising senior at St. George's School located in Vancouver, Canada. In his free time, his passion lies in researching rare diseases, reading non-fiction books, and walking with his family around downtown Vancouver. Victor joined Others & You as a proud member of BCYP and he believes that it is very important for youth organizations like Others & You to initiate these steps to help inspire more youth in the nation to serve youth across the globe.

Sarah Sheng
Co-Founder & Marketing Director
Sarah Sheng is a sophomore student at Columbia University, where she studies Philosophy & Economics. Since co-founding Others & You with David, she has adopted the role of Marketing Director, where she leads outreach initiatives and spearheads design.
Jiayi Liu
As a Sophomore student in Vancouver, Jiayi is passionate about positively impacting the world. This passion has driven her to join Others & You, with the hopes of potentially help contribute meaningful change. She wants to help support Others & You's mission to empower children through educational initiatives.

An upcoming first year at Columbia University, Giuliana brings unique assets to the team. Her past experiences allow her to direct financial strategy and planning, as well as tackle any problems the team may encounter.

Hello, my name is Candice, and I’m excited to be a member of Others and You. I’m passionate about supporting these children by providing essential life necessities, education, and medical resources to support their growth and well-being. Every child deserves the opportunity to thrive, regardless of their circumstances, and I am committed to working alongside Others and You who share this vision. I look forward to contributing my energy and resources to make a tangible impact on the lives of children in need and help create a brighter future for them.
